The Pilates Method and Functional Strength Training on the Reformer and Tower Apparatus
This is an advanced level workshop that highlights the traditional Pilates principles and methodology, whilst incorporating the benefits of functional strength training techniques. The workshop is a whole body integrated program designed to gain strength, correct and improve musculature imbalances, posture and alignment, increase flexibility and overall range of motion through a series of dynamic exercises.
